About me

Hi, I am Valentina. I am a psychotherapist based in Norway. I combine two therapeutic modalities Gestalt therapy and Transference Focused Psychotherapy (TFP). Gestalt therapy focuses on awareness in the here and now, how thoughts, feelings and body sensations show up in the present. In sessions, we slow down, notice patterns and experiment with new ways of relating so you can make clearer choices. TFP is a psychodynamic method that focuses on strong emotions and shifting perceptions in therapy, working with them safely to develop a more integrated sense of self and others.

Psychotherapy is my second profession. My clinical training blends with previous leadership experience from finance and strategic consulting. This helps connect psychological insight with real world complexity in organizations and careers. I often support people through big transitions, new roles, new countries and new identities. I also help with burnout, procrastination and repeating negative relationship patterns. My working languages are Russian, English and Norwegian.
